Chiffon is lightweight and gauzy material that should be laundered gently. In lukewarm water, add one or two capfuls of a mild liquid detergent. Swish the water and detergent around with your hand to make suds appear, then place the fabric in the water and swirl it around with your hand to clean it. Soak for up to 30 minutes. Afterward, rinse off the chiffon in a bowl of clean water or under a stream of running water until all the soap bubbles disappear. Do not wring out the fabric, instead place the chiffon between two bath towels and place a gentle amount of pressure down on the towels to soak up excess water. Hang and air the fabric to dry completely.

Faux Burlap

Thoroughly shake out linens prior to washing. Remove any objects that may cause damage or snagging in either the washer or dryer. Faux burlap fabric can be machine washed in cold water with mild detergent. Dry on a low heat setting with cool down cycle. Do not bleach. Remove immediately from the dryer to prevent wrinkles. Iron on a medium setting.

Glitz Sequin

Our mini sequin rounds are hand-sewn on a taffeta backing. DO NOT machine wash. Should staining occur, it is best to direct your attention to the back of the material so as to avoid unraveling of the thread holding the sequins in place at the front of the material. Sparingly spot clean if necessary, focusing on the area with a spot cleaner or mild detergent. Remember to dab, not rub. Rinse the sequined garment in cool water. Should the material require more attention, you can carefully hand wash. To start, add gentle washing powder or small soap flakes to a large basin of cold water and agitate until thoroughly dissolved. Lightly swish the garment through the water focusing only on the trouble sports rather than the fabric as a whole. Remove from the water. Lay flat on a towel to soak up excess water or hang dry. Steam with medium heat SEQUIN SIDE DOWN. Dry clean for best results.

Lace

To clean our 100% soft polyester lace, hand wash with very mild detergent in cold water. To avoid distorting the fibers, gently scrub, focusing on any areas of concern. Remove excess water by squeezing the lace linen. Hang and air dry only. Dry clean for best results.

Lamour Satin

Our lamour satin boasts gorgeous satin undertones with a matte surface. To clean, machine wash cold on gentle cycle and hang to dry. Smooth out any wrinkles by ironing on medium heat. Dry cleaning suggested for peak longevity.

Organza

Our organza is fashioned with a nylon base. This makes it easier to care for this fabric at home, although dry cleaning is still recommended for the best results. To begin, soak fabric in a large sink or pail. Use a mild detergent to gently cleanse, then rinse under cool water until no soap remains. Do not bleach. Do not extract. Air dry then iron on medium heat with steam.

Satin

Our spun polyester fabric is a gorgeous fabric made to mimic satin. It offers outstanding durability and wrinkle resistance. Spun polyester satin fabric is machine-washable in warm water on a delicate setting. Tumble-dry on low heat. If ironing is needed, iron on a medium to low-temperature heat setting.

Spandex

Spandex is a stretchy, shiny material that gracefully conforms to event tables and chairs for a sleek, contemporary style. Spandex is machine washable, but it is recommended to inspect the cloth for stains prior to washing. Pre-soak the entire cloth in a cold water solution of 1 part white vinegar to 1 part cold water to treat any trouble spots. If red sauce or red wine stains exist on the fabric, un-diluted vinegar acts as an effective stain remover. Pre-treat with liquid laundry detergent for up to a half of an hour to effectively treat coffee or tea stains. Machine wash with cool water and tumble dry on low heat. Promptly remove from the dryer as soon as the item is dry. Drip using a low-temperature setting. The stretch property of the fabric eliminates wrinkles to make ironing unnecessary. However, if ironing is required, iron rapidly without leaving the iron in one place overly long.

Taffeta

Our taffeta linen is a durable fabric with a soft shine. It is machine washable in cold water. No bleach, unless necessary for whites. Wash like colors together. Do not wash with other materials. Dry on a cool setting. Remove immediately and hang to avoid wrinkling. Iron on medium setting.

Velvet

Velvet should be dry cleaned or spot cleaned to avoid agitation and maintain the integrity of the fabric. To spot clean, use a moist cloth to gently rub over the area of concern. Keep this movement in one direction so as to prevent damaging the nap. If the area requires additional attention, a small drop of delicate laundry detergent may be used. Finish by dabbing away any soap residue with a wet cloth, then gently blotting dry with a clean towel.

Specialty Linens

Accordion Crinkle Taffeta

Accordion crinkle taffeta is a shimmery creased fabric. The intentional crinkle texture is easy to care for as you don't have to worry about smoothing out wrinkles! To launder, machine wash in cool or warm water with like colors and materials. Only whites are bleach safe. Dry on a low heat setting. It is advised not to iron, but instead steam on medium heat for desired results.

Chemical Lace

Our chemical lace is comprised of net embroidery with shimmering sequins. Lace requires gentle cleaning, so hand washing in cold water is recommended. Agitate the soapy water and fabric then allow to soak for roughly 30 minutes. Rinse well and gently press out excess water. Do not wring out or squeeze. Hang to dry. For best results, dry clean.

Crushed Taffeta

Our crushed taffeta fabric is made of a crinkle-texture material. This durable taffeta can be machine washed and dried as normal for easy, no-fuss laundering. Its crinkled texture makes it even more of a low maintenance material as it is designed to be lightly wrinkled and so requires little to no ironing. It is safe to iron or steam on medium-high heat if needed.

Diamond Glitz Sequin

Our Diamond Glitz Sequin is a charming addition to any tablescape made from glittering sequins on a taffeta base. To launder, spot treat any trouble areas with a spot cleaner or a little mild detergent (do not rub, but dab gently with the end of a cotton swab to avoid displacing sequins). Hand wash the garment in cold water. Do not wring out or twist to dry. Instead, lay flat to dry. Should you wish to iron, use a low heat setting, ironing the opposite side of the sequins.

Embroidery Swirl

To clean and care for Embroidery Swirl fabrics, start by mixing a small amount of mild detergent into cold water. Gently agitate the water with your hands to evenly distribute soap, then swish and swirl the fabric (do not scrub) several times to fully saturate. Next, remove from the liquid and gently squeeze without wringing (preferably placing between towels to soak up excess liquid from the Embroidery Swirl fabric). Finally, spread flat or hang to dry. To iron, place the fabric between two clean towels and press lightly with a warm iron using the steam setting.

Faux Denim

Our faux denim material is made of 100% polyester in a design meant to mimic the appeal of real denim, but with a softer side. This robust material is machine washable and dryable. Do not bleach. Iron and steam as needed to de-wrinkle. When ironing, make sure the fabric is slightly damp such as by using a spray bottle filled with clean water. Set the iron temperature to low or medium heat.

Flocking Damask

This lovely fabric features an enchanting velvet damask print on a taffeta background. Flocked fabric should be handled carefully to avoid peeling of the velvet flocking. For best results, we recommend professional dry cleaning. To self clean, the material should be hand washed gently in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Hang dry only, do not wring out. Can be ironed or steamed for wrinkle control.

Flower Taffeta with Sequin

Delicate 3D taffeta flowers and shimmering sequin patterns decorate our taffeta for eye-catching appeal. Because the sequins and flowers on this fabric are so fragile, we recommend you spot-clean the fabric by hand in cold water. For stain removal, agitate a solution of one teaspoon liquid dishwashing detergent with one cup of cool water. Apply the solution via a cotton swab directly to the stain and gently rub until the spot disappears. Hang to dry. Do not wring. Do not bleach. Dry clean for optimal results.

Gathered Lamour

Also referred to as bridal satin, our Gathered Lamour is made of 100% polyester spun to look and feel like matte satin. Due to the delicate nature of the gathering, this fabric should only be spot cleaned or taken to a professional dry cleaner. After each use, remove and inspect for any staining. In a large bowl of cold water, prepare a mixture of a half teaspoon of mild laundry detergent and one tablespoon of white vinegar, then agitate the solution until thoroughly mixed. Dip a clean washcloth into this solution and use the tip of the washcloth to gently rub the trouble spot until the stain until dissipates. Hang to dry. Steam before use for best results.

Mermaid Scale

This whimsical underwater-themed fabric features glimmering sequins against a taffeta backing in a mermaid scale or wave style pattern. If the fabric is clean other than a stain or two, try spot cleaning first using a cotton swab dipped in a solution of one teaspoon liquid dish soap and one cup cool water. To clean the entire material, hand wash only using cool water. Allow the material to air dry. Do not place in a hot dryer. To smooth out wrinkles and achieve a fresh, crisp look, iron on low from the non-sequined side. Dry clean for best results.

Mini Rosette on Mesh

This exquisite fabric features mini satin rosettes against a mesh backing. We recommend professional laundering for this delicate material as dry cleaning solvents can safely clean mesh backed event linens without causing harm to the integrity of the fabric. To clean by hand, mix a drop of mild liquid detergent in a cup of water. Dampen a washcloth with the soapy water and spot clean as needed. Lay flat or hang dry to avoid wrinkles.

Oversize Teardrop Payette Sequin

Our Oversized Teardrop Payette Sequin is a delicate fabric with big glittering appeal! This fabric features extra large sequins sewn onto a mesh backing. Due to the sensitive nature of this material, we ask that you DO NOT dry clean or machine wash. This delicate material can only be wiped down with a soft, damp cloth otherwise the sequins risk coming loose.

Paisley Sequin

Our paisley fabric features a mesh backing with embroidered and sequin patterns. It is a spot clean only material. To dissolve and remove stains, mix a drop of mild liquid detergent into a cup of water. Dampen a clean washcloth with this soapy water solution and wring out thoroughly. Using the washcloth, lightly spot clean the paisley material on the opposite side of the sequin until the stain loosens. Hang to dry. For best results, this fabric should be brought to a professional dry cleaner.

This taffeta fabric is enhanced with delicate petal circle details. It is recommended you hand wash this intricate material, however, our Petal Circle Taffeta is machine washable on a gentle cycle. Dab the fabric between two towels and then hang to dry. Dry clean for the best results.

Pinchwheel Taffeta

Our Pinchwheel Taffeta features gathered pleats that make a lovely pinched pattern. This fabric is machine washable on a gentle cycle in cool or warm water. Avoid hot water temperatures as this may cause permanent wrinkles. Cool dry in the dryer and then remove immediately when the cycle is done to avoid wrinkles. Do not bleach.

Pintuck Taffeta

This delightful taffeta is gathered to make a quilted pattern. To care for your pintuck taffeta, machine wash on gentle cycle in cool or warm water (cold water with normal detergent works best). Do not wash with other materials. Wash like colors together. Cool Dry. Remove immediately upon completion of the cycle to avoid wrinkles. Do not bleach.

Leaf Petal Taffeta

This taffeta based fabric is detailed with long, stitched pleats and oblong leaf-like accents. Due to the delicate stitch work, hand washing is recommended. Submerge in cold water and scrub gently by hand or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle. Hang to dry. Dry clean for best results.

Ribbon Embroidery

Our ribbon and sequin embroidered linen is stitched onto a mesh background. Because of the highly delicate nature of these accents, notably the ribbon embroidery, this fabric should be dry cleaned only. Hand washing or machine washing could loosen the ribbons and dislodge the sequins and cause damage to the linen.

Satin Rosette

Constructed from soft 3” to 4” satin rosettes quilted onto a matching satin background, this three-dimensional tablecloth is extremely delicate. We highly recommend dry cleaning to ensure the integrity of the fabric and rosette details. To combat wrinkles, the fabric can be ironed on medium heat with steam.

Sequin Circle Embroidery Taffeta

Our circle embroidery linen highlights sparkling sequins on lustrous taffeta. Hand wash in cold water and hang dry only. To launder by hand, fill a deep sink or basin with lukewarm water adding a few drops of mild soap. Gently mix the soap and water. Borax may be added to treat stains. If ironing is required, chose medium heat and carefully iron around the sequin circles.

Vintage Veil

Hand washing is always the safest method for cleaning organza in order to maintain the integrity of the fabric and its decorative elements. To begin, add mild detergent to a washbasin or sink filled with cool water. Submerge the material. Gently agitate the water to distribute soap in an even manner. The fabric can be left to soak for up to 30 minutes. After this time, rinse well with cool running water to remove all soap residue. Do not wring dry. Hang dry or press the water out of the fabric using two clean, dry towels. To remove any wrinkles, iron on low heat on the opposite side of the embroidery.

Wave Satin

This satin is machine-stitched with an intricate, 3D wave-pattern. To ensure the integrity of the pattern, wash by hand and hang to dry to avoid wrinkles. This material can also be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and then cool dried. Do not bleach.

Drapes/Backdrops

Poly Premier

Our poly premier drapery is made of polyester that has been woven and treated with special chemicals to make it especially wrinkle resistant. Hand wash or machine wash in cold water on the delicate cycle with a light any laundering can cause shrinkage, so wash sparingly or spot clean to keep the drape in its best shape. Allowing the drape to hang for roughly 24 hours prior to use will usually cause the fabric to de-wrinkle without the need to iron. If wrinkles persist, iron on a medium setting.

Sheer Voile

This gauzy fabric is made of thin, sheer polyester. While our sheer voile can be machine washed on cold and dried on low heat, hand washing with lukewarm water and dye-free laundry detergent is optimal to avoid any shrinkage of the material. Hang dry to smooth out any wrinkles. Dry clean for the best results.

Satin

Keep this luxurious drape looking its best by hand washing. To start, fill up a sink or basin with lukewarm water, and then add in mild detergent. Mix in soap evenly in water. Steam to release wrinkles, or utilize the silk setting on your iron which uses the lowest heat setting.

Scuba Linens

Scuba Linens

Scuba linens have a smooth, slightly glossy finish, making them a popular choice for clothing, especially in the fashion industry. It's best to machine wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle to maintain their stretch and color vibrancy. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric. Additionally, it's recommended to air dry or use a low heat setting when machine drying to prevent excessive wear and tear. With proper care, scuba linens can maintain their simple yet stylish appeal for a long time.
