For sales tax resale certificate and exemptions, please fill out the form below before placing an order that requires tax exemptions.

Please note that Wedding Linens Inc. only collects sales tax on orders shipped to Texas. Order shipped to other states WILL NOT be charged sales tax. If you are located out of Texas, tax exemption is not needed.

In order to qualify for a sales tax exemption, you must create an account on our website and provide us a phone number, address, business name, sales tax number, reason for exemption and e-mail address.

All exemptions will be checked periodically, therefore you will be required to repeat this process every year to ensure we have the correct information.
